I will you to use Blogger.com because it is very easy to setup and it is very easy to use! Wordpress.org is also good but without buying a domain you can't use wordpress!
Creating Blog on Blogger.com
Create a Gmail account first If you already have then no problem. Now, Log on to www.Blogger.com enter you Gmail username, password and log in after you login you will see 'NEW BLOG' button which is at the left side.
Now write fill title and address of your blog (the name which you have choosen for your blog)

Creating Post
The main part of your blog from which you are going to make money. Your post should be according to category you have choosen! Creating first post for you blog, there are some basic rules for posting if will follow them correctly then you will surely earn 100$ or more. Rules are:

- Your blog should be atleast 6 months old
- You should must be 18 years or more
- Your Blog does not contain any Adult or Gambling Content
- Your blog is not containing any hacking or cheating tricks
